合資格新訂閱者：Android 為 30 天；iOS 為一個曆月。試用期由開始訂閱當日計算，未必涵蓋一個完整的工資期。實際資格、價格及續訂日期以商店購買畫面為準。For eligible new subscribers: 30 days on Android, and one calendar month on iOS. The trial starts when you subscribe, so it may not cover a complete wage period. The store purchase screen confirms eligibility, price and renewal date.
如未取消，試用結束後會按所選方案收費並自動續期。Google Play 訂閱請於試用或本期結束前取消；Apple 訂閱請至少提前 24 小時取消。全年節省金額按 12 個月月費計算。訂閱不能跨 Apple 與 Google Play 商店轉移；訂閱結束後仍可查看、匯出及刪除現有紀錄。訂閱條款Unless cancelled, the selected plan will be charged after the trial and renew automatically. Cancel Google Play subscriptions before the trial or current period ends; cancel Apple subscriptions at least 24 hours before it ends. Annual savings compare against 12 monthly payments. 下載後，甚麼時候開始收費？When will I be charged?
iOS 及 Android 均已上架。下載不會自動訂閱；你須在 App 內選擇計劃，並於商店確認。合資格新訂閱者可先試用：iOS 一個曆月，Android 30 天。未取消會在試用後按所選計劃收費並自動續期。不符合試用資格時，商店會顯示當下應付價格；請先確認再接受。付款由 Apple／Google 處理，本產品頁不會收款。Both iOS and Android are available now. Downloading does not subscribe you: choose a plan in the app and confirm with the store. Eligible new subscribers can try one calendar month on iOS or 30 days on Android, then pay for their chosen plan with automatic renewal unless cancelled. If you are not eligible for a trial, the store shows the price due now—check before confirming. Apple or Google handles payment; this page does not collect it.
HelperPay 會替我向外傭轉帳嗎？Does HelperPay pay my helper?
不會。你需要透過慣用的方式另行付款。HelperPay 用於整理及保存付款紀錄，並非銀行或匯款服務。No. You pay separately using your usual method. HelperPay helps organise and retain payment records; it is not a bank or money-transfer service.
可以計算所有法定權益嗎？Does it calculate every statutory entitlement?
不可以。本程式是為 ID 407 外傭合約而設的參考及紀錄工具，不是法律意見、政府服務或具權威性的薪酬系統。首月、最後一個月及部分缺勤情況等未支援的計算會受到限制；年假、疾病津貼、產假及侍產假薪酬、終止合約款項、遣散費及長期服務金不屬於已支援的計算範圍。No. It is a reference and record-keeping tool for ID 407 domestic-helper contracts—not legal advice, a government service or an authoritative payroll system. Unsupported calculations, including first/final months and some absence scenarios, are restricted. Annual leave, sickness allowance, maternity/paternity pay, termination pay, severance and long-service payments are outside its supported calculation scope.

資料會同步到雲端或其他手機嗎？Will my records sync to another phone?
不會自動同步或備份。紀錄儲存在本機，請定期匯出備份並妥善保管未加密的檔案。訂閱只會解鎖 App 功能，不會替你備份薪金資料。There is no automatic sync or backup. Records are stored locally: export backups regularly and keep those unencrypted files safe. A subscription unlocks app features; it does not back up payroll data.
訂閱及使用統計會收到哪些資料？What data is used for subscriptions and analytics?
訂閱由 Apple／Google 及 RevenueCat 處理，包括所需的購買識別資料及訂閱狀態。手機 App 預設透過 Firebase 收集有限的使用及崩潰診斷資料，可在設定中關閉。工人姐姐姓名、薪金、日曆、備註、文件及截圖不會傳送至 RevenueCat 或 Firebase。詳情請閱讀私隱政策。Apple/Google and RevenueCat handle necessary purchase identifiers and subscription status. The mobile app collects limited usage and crash diagnostics through Firebase by default, and this can be turned off in Settings. Helper names, wages, calendars, notes, documents and screenshots are not sent to RevenueCat or Firebase. See the privacy policy for details.
